Refund Policy

At Lambo DC Fast Charger, a Millennium brand, we stand behind the rebate eligibility of our EV charging equipment. To give our clients full confidence in their investment, we offer the following conditional refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Refund

 

We will issue a full refund for the EV charger equipment purchased from us if all the following conditions are met:

 

1. Rebate Application Approval:

The client must follow our step-by-step guidance to submit the initial rebate application using our charger, and the application must be officially approved by the relevant utility or rebate authority.

2. Installation Compliance:

The installation and construction must be completed exactly as outlined in our provided instructions and documentation, including equipment placement, electrical design, and any utility-specific requirements.

3. Audit Decline After Approval:

If, during the final auditing or inspection stage conducted by the utility or rebate authority, the approved rebate is unexpectedly declined—even though the installation was done in full compliance with our guidance—we will refund the full cost of the EV charger equipment purchased from us.

 

Exclusions

 

This refund policy does not apply if:

• The client does not follow our rebate application or installation instructions in full

• The rebate application was never officially approved

• The rebate is declined due to client-side errors, changes in project scope, or non-compliant construction

• The rebate program itself is modified, paused, or cancelled by the issuing authority

 

Claiming a Refund

 

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@lamboevcharger.com within 30 days of receiving the rebate denial notice. We may require supporting documentation, including:

• The original rebate approval letter

• Rebate rejection documentation

• Installation photos or inspection reports

• Proof of purchase
